Its here everyone, Hot days warm nights. Time to go camping, Swim in the river, go boating etc. So far this year we have not gotten our boat going and are not sure if it will happen or not. Most likely not. I used to take it out alot more before i hurt my back and Money is tight with my durango kicking the bucket... Still for sale anyone want it :). The 4th of july just passed and it was a pretty good one this year for us.
We went up on july 2nd to swanzey lake at our friend erics moms camp and watched the fireworks there. They were actually really quite decent and well worth the trip in my opinion. And for the 4th we had a cookout at our house and went to the brattleboro fireworks that evening. The fireworks were ok but not quite the atmosphere i'd prefer to be around if you know what i mean... Bearded ladies, Huge fupas, Belly camel toes, Ugh too much to explain.
We started looking into preschool places for kaylee and she is very excited at the idea of going to school and learning. Hopefully she grows up to like school unlike me as a kid. I am still attending port and chester in chicopee. I love the class and am learning tons. Im looking forward to getting lots of certifications by the time the course ends, Which is october 2012. I am definately getting security +, a+, network + and Microsoft certified professional certs and will get any others i can fit in. Im thinking i want to get the going green cert because Alot of businesses are going green and saving $$. The one thing that is kicking my a$$ is the ride down there and back home. The ride there i fall asleep alot and the ride home i cry almost every time because my back hurts soooo bad. It builds up pressure and feels like someone is sticking a pry bar into my spine. I think my durango would be a better ride comfortwise but the increase in gas $$ would suck bad.
Annnnnddddd we are at the half way point for Major league baseball.... Guess who came through and has the best record in MLB.. The red sox of course. Admit it, they had us all scared with their 2 and 10 start of the season. I love watching them wether they are doing good and bad. I guess thats what being a true fan is all about. Would i still be a fan if they only won 40 games all season? Of course i would, I always have been a fan since i was like 7 years old. The red sox and the San francisco giants are my teams. Will the nfl play this season? I think yes but its so annoying that they stay in a lock out for so long. Really? you dont make enough $$, come on now. you play like 17 games all year.
So plans for the rest of summer include.... Camping at least once in our pop-up camper, And going to 6 flags at least a few times since we have a season pass. Also want to get to the beach again. We love the ocean and are always so happy when we are there. I have about 1 month left of Security + course at school then we start the network+ course and i am very much looking forward to that. It's an area i could see myself working in long-term for a career. Maybe be a network administrator and computer consultant specializing in networking. So have a safe and fun summer everyone! Try and do as many relaxing fun things as you can possibly fit in!
